Guidance on the essentials of running a project, PRINCE2 is easy to learn and a flexible method that can adapt to all types of project.
The course consists of a short series of live weekly sessions covering intially the PRINCE2 Foundation Syllabus enabling you to study on a manageable schedule.
A later set of sessions cover the PRINCE2 Practitioner Syllabus allowing you to complete both levels, enhancing your CV and career prospects.
Our classes are small, capped at eight attendees and designed to support you through your study. A small amount of 'homework' is required between the sessions and guidance and supporting material is made available to make sure your learning is effective.
You'll need a PC or Mac with a reasonable internet connection. We'll provide a simple connectivity test before confirming the booking. You'll also need a headset with microphone such as Microsoft LT-3000, simply ask us about this.
The PRINCE2 Foundation level syllabus is covered over four sessions of a maximum of three hours duration each.
You'll receive all the study materials including; authorised courseware, PRINCE2® Manual, practise exam, actual Foundation Exam (taken online), certificate and authorised instruction by our highly experienced PeopleCert PRINCE2® trainer.
We realise that any training is an investment in money and time and so our trainer is available prior to your booking to discuss the course, its delivery and its benefits to you.
Should you not be able to make a particular week, contact our trainer who will make an edited recording of the particular session available for you and where possible, will organise a short online session to orientate you with the learning you've missed to get you back on track with the course.

Here is an excellent opportunity to gain or formalise your project management skills by taking a PRINCE2 Evening Course. The course consists of four sessions some intermediate guided study and review to ensure you build and maintain your knowledge and skills. The full combined Foundation and Practitioner evening course spans eight sessions and requires some intermediate study and review. The first set of session's focus is on the Foundation level and the later set of sessions on the Practitioner level.
NB the Foundation and Practitioner events are self-standing and a learner can attend either.
The course consists of a number of learner-centered sessions that are aligned with the examination objectives. They are delivered by our PeopleCert approved trainer with practical experience of project management. A pre-event preparation pack is sent to everyone attending this event. The course is built around the PRINCE2 6th Edition syllabus and features multiple examples to illustrate the PRINCE2 method and to enable candidates to understand its concepts.
Following the concise introduction there is an overview of PRINCE2 which includes the Principles, Themes and Processes of PRINCE2.
The course then continues for a total of four highly interactive sessions and some guided work which covers in depth the Themes, their related Management Products, the Project Journey and Foundation Examination techniques:
The prerequisite for the Practitioner is the Foundation level. Attendees are expected to be conversant at the Foundation Level before attending as the course immediately begins with the PRINCE2 Project Journey and covers the Principles, Themes, Management Products and Processes at Practitioner Level.
