TrainX Limited Legal Notice - effective from 24th May 2018

1. Liability Statement

TrainX take every care to ensure accuracy of all information, dates and images. However; it is your responsibility to ensure that any webpage or other file is free from viruses, malware and other destructive items. TrainX shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or other consequential damages arising from accessing the website or from using any information or files provided via the website.

2. Intellectual Property (IP)

• Intellectual Property associated with all TrainX services and training courses shall remain vested in the owner.
• For distance learning and e-Learning products the Client shall abide by all reasonable terms of the applicable licence agreement.
• Any Intellectual Property that is reasonably identified as confidential shall not be copied or disclosed to third parties without written consent from TrainX. The Client shall ensure that this obligation is complied with by its employees and agents.
• The Client shall indemnify TrainX against all costs, claims and damages howsoever incurred or arrising out of any infringements, or alleged infringements, of IP.

3. Trademarks and Branding

TrainX provide services and products, such as training courses, which may relate to the owner's trademarks. Acknowledgement of these is required and provided at relevant points on the Website.
