AgilePM Version 3.0 Course Introduction

Take this excellent opportunity to gain or formalise your project management skills with an AgilePM Weekend in-depth classroom delivery.

AgilePM Weekend Course: Adopt a practical and tailorable framework that achieves an ideal balance between the standards, rigour and visibility required for good project management, and the fast-pace, change and empowerment provided by Agile.

TrainX's AgilePM instructor-led live virtual and face-to-face training courses map to the AgilePM® Version 3.0 Syllabi - helping you to prepare for the exams. Learners gain the knowledge and skills at AgilePM Foundation level during a three-day duration course. A further two-day course is available for those looking to achieve the Practitioner level. Typically, when the Foundation and Practitioner level training are booked together, this is referred to as the 'Combined Course'.

Learners will be provided with focused pre-study materials which need to be completed before the course. Some evening study will be required during the course to assist in preparation for the exam(s) and to keep in step with the class.

Here are some key features of our AgilePM Weekend Courses - compare and contrast with other providers:

  • 100% Pass Rate for our In-House Trainer
  • Trainer available to contact and discuss the course prior to you booking
  • Maximum of 8 Attendees In-Person Classroom / 6 Attendees Virtual Classroom
  • Comfortable Modern Classroom Learning Environment / Latest Virtual Learning Environments
  • Physical Materials Posted to You Prior to the Event
  • Course Timings Designed for In-Person and Virtual Learning

Note: The training events are either 'In-Person' for physical attendees or 'Attend from Anywhere' for remote learners who attend live sessions. We don't mix Remote and In-Person attendees on public courses as virtual and classroom training have widely differing instructional and timing requirements for optimal learning.

AgilePM Version 3.0 Certification and Related Examinations

There are two levels of exam: Foundation and Practitioner.

We'll help you organise your online exams.

Agile Project Management (AgilePM®)

The world’s leading framework and certification for Agile Project Management (Website): AgilePM® Project Management Certifications

For Foundation level the course involves 18 hours (3 days) of instruction. The exam is generally taken online at the learner's convenience once study is complete.

For Practitioner the course requires a further 12 hours (2 days) of instruction and the Foundation certification is a prerequisite. For someone requiring both Foundation and Practitioner the training can either be relatively 'back to back' or with several weeks gap between as long as the learner maintains their knowledge.

The exam is generally taken online at the learner's convenience once study is complete. We also provide physically attended exam sessions as these allow the candidate to have the physical paperwork in front of them which may suit some people's approach.
